This policy explains how Clearpath Trade LLC (“Clearpath”, “we”) collects and uses information submitted through this website. The website has no user accounts and does not take payments.
Information we collect
- Quote request form (U.S. buyers). Product description, quantity, delivery location (city/state), target arrival date, product category (optional), name, company (optional), email address and phone number (optional).
- Supplier form (manufacturers). Product, minimum order quantity (MOQ), FOB price range (USD), port of loading, product category (optional), contact person, company, email address, and at least one of WeChat ID, WhatsApp number or phone number.
- Form details. Each submission also records which form was used and the language version of the site (English or Chinese).
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, evaluate suppliers, and communicate with you about orders. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
- Formspree receives form submissions and sends them to us as email notifications. If you submit a form with JavaScript turned off, you are taken to a confirmation page on Formspree’s website.
- Netlify hosts this website.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking scripts.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain a business relationship, or meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
